Pack the brush head out of its packaging. 2. Press the brush head onto the electric toothbrush handle until it clicks into place. 3. Wet the brush head and apply toothpaste. 4. Hold the brush head at an angle of 45 degrees, towards the gums, against the teeth. 5. Turn on the electric toothbrush and gently move it in circular motions over teeth and gums. 6. After brushing for the recommended time (usually 2 minutes), turn off the toothbrush and rinse the brush head.
